I had avoided the dentist for way too long, and was nervous about some aches I had from cavities that were going untreated. Michelle was more than helpful on the phone while booking my appointment, and explained all the confusing insurance garb when I needed help.

As for the cleaning, she was so gentle and friendly, and made the whole experience such a breeze. Came back for my cavities, and she even offered to fix a chipped front tooth!

I'm usually anxious to go to the dentist because of past experiences. However, I decided to give Dr Valdez a shot since all the positive yelp reviews I've read. With that being said, the reviews were spot on. Her staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Valdez is the best dentist I have ever been to. Clam, friendly, positive, all the above. You are seen at your actual appointment time, which is rare and amazing, they truly value their patients time. The staff is very professional and helpful, explaining each procedure and giving options. They do stand by their work and I don't even imagine going anywhere else. I suffer from dental anxiety and Dr. Valdez is the best! She and her wonderful staff will go above and beyond to make their patients feel welcome and very very comfortable. I had an emergency where I broke a tooth and needed to get back to work. They did everything they could and got my tooth fixed right away. I highly recommend this dentist as she is kind, gentle and patient and really does her best to make you feel safe and secure in her chair. She and her staff make the dental experience a great one!

I LOVE Valdez Family Dentistry. They run a fantastic practice. I always feel taken care of and like getting the best care possible. I travel 80 miles every 6 months with my family to be seen by her.
